Buea – UK Forum Slated For January 4

A meeting of persons from Buea, Southwest Region of Cameroon, living and studying in the United Kingdom, christened Buea – UK Forum has been programmed for Saturday, January 4 2014 at the refurbished Buea Mountain Hotel.

According to a press statement from the convener and President of the Buea – UK Forum, London-based, Consultant Cardiologist, Fred Kemah, the maiden edition of the Buea – UK SUMMIT has been placed on the theme; Setting up higher living standards in Buea.

Topics earmarked for discussion at the summit include; Public Safety, Housing, wellbeing through Health and Education, Networking and Development with Fako Diaspora and Buea – UK Forum.

Amongst the guests from Buea and the UK expected at the forum are; The Governor of  the Southwest Region, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Buea, the Registrar, University of Buea,  the President of the  Court of Appeal, the President of the  High Court, the President of the Court of First Instance,  Senior Security officers, the Southwest Regional Delegate for Public Health, the Mayor of Buea municipality,  Senator Andrew Otte, Senator  Charles Mbella Moki, Dr Francis Lawrence Biaka,  Mr. John Janjo, Mr Richard Dohnji, Mr. Chris Nasah, Prince Mafany Endeley, Mr Walla Henry Ekema, Dr. Egbe Louis Mbua, Barrister Lawrence Nganda Lyonga, Mr. Molua Lambe, Mr. Kinge Namanga, Mr. Elinge Kange, Dr. Molua Ernest, Mrs Mary Molua Matute, Mr. Goddy Namanga, Mr. E. The Buea – UK Forum is a socio-cultural grouping of Buea indigenes resident in Great Britain, with the aim to elevate Buea to higher standards of living.
