病棟で常勤ナース
子育てに理解がある職場というのは、ママさんナースが沢山働いているものなんだな、という事をつくづく実感しています。私が働いている職場には産休や育児休暇があるので、それを利用して、退職する事なく仕事に復帰したんですよね。私の職場には、ママさんナーズが２人しかいなくて、他はみんな独身なんです。師長も主任も独身です。ママさんナースが少ない職場って、本当に子育てに理解がありませんよ。上司である師長や主任からして、子育てに理解がないので、もう最悪です。（T_T)子供って急に熱を出したり体調が悪くなる事がありますよね。そんな時に休みの電話をすると、師長にため息をつかれるんです。＞＜上司がそんな感じだから、他のスタッフも全く協力的ではありませんよね。例えば、保育園のお迎えに間に合わなくなるからという理由で、残業を断ったりすると、それはもう冷たい目で見られます。一番大変なのは、夜勤の日に子供の具合が悪くなった時ですよね。夜勤の時はシフトの交代が難しいので、かなりのひんしゅくですよ。（＝Q＝j やっぱり、子育てをしながら夜勤をするのは無理なんでしょうか？子育てと仕事を両立する事の大変さというのは、子供を持つ親じゃないとわからないかもしれませんよね。でも、同じ女性だから、それに、年配の女性なんだから、そのくらいの事は当然理解してくれてもいいと思うんです。もう、毎日こんな肩身の狭い思いをしているので、精神的に辛いんです。外来にはママさんナースが沢山働いているので、外来に異動したいと思ってるんですよね。他の病棟もこんな感じなんでしょうか？上司が子育てに理解があったら、病棟でも働きやすいと思うんですよね。育児支援があっても、職場が改善されなければ難しいです。
