State House: President Paul Biya receives PM of Sao Tome and Principe

The Head of State His Excellency Paul Biya granted audience on Tuesday 23rd September 2014 to Prime Minister Gabriel Da Costa of Sao Tome and Principe, bearer of a special message from President Manuel Pinta Da Costa to his Cameroonian counterpart.
