Cameroon Musical Artist Wil Junior Promotes His Album Entitled “Le Jurist”

Uprising musician, Wilfred Enow or “Wil Junior,” as he is artistically called, who hails from the South West Region of Cameroon, was featured on “Monday Show” a weekly program on Cameroon television (CRTV). He sings in English, French, Douala and Keyaka his mother tongue.  Wil Junior says he sings Keyaka as his own contribution towards the promotion of his Ejagham culture.

The Cameroonian artist and graduate in Law from the University of Yaounde II Soa performed his popular music track on CRTV titled “Wah ehza” which means,”It is better to have something which is yours.” He explains that when something is yours, you can do whatever you want with it.

Speaking to iCameroon.com Wil Junior says “Law is my profession but music is my passion. Wil Junior explains that his inspiration comes from the world and everything that happens around him. He added that music is his own way of expression.

Wil Junior started singing while he was a student at the University of Yaounde where he got the title of his first album, “Le Jurist.”  Wil explains that it was a challenge to be singing and studying for his Law degree.

In an interview with CRTV, Wil Junior told Rose Epie that his album has been out since 2008, but he could not promote because he was still a student and needed to concentrate on completion of his studies.  He called on the young artists to be courageous for the earlier days are often tough but the glorious days supersedes.
