Guilty of Breach of Contract

[Cameroon Tribune]Apollinaire M, a businessman in Yaounde has been found guilty of breach of contract. Apollinaire who trades in second-hand clothing in Yaounde is accused of owing the FCFA 12 million to a certain businesswoman, Mrs Kamteu. According to the case file, Mrs Kamteu was Apollinaire’s former supplier of second-hand clothing. In 2007, Apollinaire is alleged to have signed an acknowledgement of a debt of FCFA 5 million owed to Mrs Kamteu.
