Budget-oriented Twinkle space telescope could study exoplanets on the cheap

Maybe we don’t need to spend billions to catch a glimpse of the weather on distant worlds. A new telescope would search the heavens and atmospheres for a fraction the cost of Hubble or the upcoming James Webb Telescope.
