President Paul Biya celebrates his 80th birthday today

President Paul Biya turned 80 today. He was born February 13th 1933 and became president 1982, after Cameroon’s first post-independence leader, Ahmadou Ahidjo,formally resigned and handed the presidency to his Prime Minister, Paul Biya. Paul Biya has passed the milestone of three decades at the head of the Republic of Cameroon.
