The president of the association of Soa transporters and loaders known in French as ASSOCIATION DES CHAUFFEURS ET CHARGEURS DE SOA, Mr Essomba Prosper told iCameroon that he has called for a general assembly where he sent letters to bus owners to inform them that quotas payments from drivers to bus owners would be reduced by 5,000 Francs CFA.
