The Prelate added that each marriage is unique, so too are books. “Therefore, the treatise of Fr. Tanka is a profound insight of a Priest concerning marriage. There is nothing happening now that has not happened before. The author has received practical knowledge from the scriptures and from the observations on marital counselling,” he said.

In her review of the book, Barrister Mariana Weledji found in the process of dating a moment for the partners to know themselves and not an opportunity for sexual immorality. She picked out from the book that sex is to recreate and not for pleasure, while reiterating the author’s concern that sex before marriage is sinful and to get out of it, it is to stay away and pray for your partner so that your marriage can come to fruition.
