Indomitable Lions Take On NationalMannschaft In FIFA Friendly

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon will face the German NationalMannschafft  in a friendly on  June 1 2014 in Monchengladbach before heading for the FIFA World Cup finals. This information has been made public by the Normalisation Committee of Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT.

According to a programme from the technical bench of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, headed by German-born trainer, Volker Finke and validated by FECAFOOT,

Cameroon will also stage an 11-day training camp in Austria from May 20-31 2014, playing two friendly games against Macedonia on May 26  and Paraguay on May 29 2014.

In one of the buildup matches to Brazil 2014, the Indomitable Lions suffered a 5-1 loss away to Portugal in an international friendly in Leiria, Portugal, where Cristiano Ronaldo became Portugal’s all-time leading goal scorer after scoring his brace.

Cameroon are in Group A at the World Cup where they will play Mexico, Croatia and host country, Brazil.
