Boko Haram has been ‘decapitated’: Chadian leader

Chad’s President Idriss Deby declared Tuesday that efforts to combat neighbouring Nigeria’s Boko Haram jihadists had succeeded in “decapitating” the group and would be wrapped up “by the end of the year”.
