Cameroon-Niger: President Paul BIYA invited to Niamey

On behalf of the Head of State, His Excellency Paul BIYA, the Niger Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mrs Aïchiatou Kané, bearer of an invitation from the President elect of Niger, His Excellency Mahamadou Issoufou was received in audience on behalf of President Paul BIYA by the Minister, Secretary General at the Presidency, Mr. Ferdinand NGOH NGOH
