Boko Haram ‘Crushed’ but Suicide Bombings Continue

[Deutsche Welle] As 2016 draws to a close, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari is claiming Boko Haram has finally been defeated, but suicide bombers are still slipping into crowded public places where they maim and kill.
