Appeals upholds $450 million fine against Apple for fixing ebook prices
A US court has rejected Apple’s appeal and ruled that the company colluded with book publishers to illegally raise prices and break Amazon’s price structure. The company is expected to pay a $450 million fine to settle the issue.
